FULL TIME AND CONTRACTED/ SELF-EMPLOYED FITTING POSITIONS AVAILABLE (PUBLISHED 15TH AUGUST 2022)
We currently have positions available for a full time fitter as well as contractors/ self-employed. The position may require you to work on odd days in our factory manufacturing blinds, although, for the bulk of the role you will be out fitting, installing blinds in mostly retail and commercial premises. Previous experience in fitting blinds and curtains is preferred, however, some training can be given to those who also have previous DIY skills and tool knowledge.
Due to the terms of our fleet insurance policy, you must be aged over 25 years of age and have held a full driving licence for 3 years.
The core role will be going into people’s homes and installing blinds that we manufacture. You must be professional, respectful, clean and represent our company to the highest standard. We expect very high standards from our fitters. You must be self motivated as you will be working alone. You will also help in our factory from time to time manufacturing blinds as needed.
Blinds fitters in our industry are mostly men and we welcome applications from ladies in what is a very male dominated industry.
